Our PC servicing prices may be subject to change on a random basis. Due to the fact that our computer service prices have always been, and remain very competitive, we urge the customer to keep in mind that service prices are non-negotiable, whatever the cause.

PRIVACY

Due to the data protection act, we stand firm not to disclose information about any of our customers without their consent. The information we hold is strictly confidential and will never be passed on without asking the customer first.

WARRANTIES:

All computers purchased from Ravsys Computers carry a 1 year standard parts and labour warranty. As with all types of desktop computer suppliers, this warranty does not cover misuse of the computer, lack of knowledge, viruses, and/or software issues for that matter. What this warranty does cover is hardware (internal component) faults. We will not accept computers without hardware defects, or, with hardware defects caused by a virus or misuse. These repairs will be chargeable.

Services with parts involved carry a one year parts and labour warranty (for that specific part). Services without parts included carry a 3 month warranty (excluding user faults).

ONSITE SERVICES

We can provide onsite services to customers within the London, Middlesex and Berkshire areas. Charges are £40.00 call-out charge plus £60.00 per hour of service. Onsite services are subject to availability of a vacant field service technician.
