All services carried out at our workshop incur a book-in and inspection charge of £25.00, the point after which we would check the computer's stability, component and software health, and find areas and causes of malfunction/poor performance or discuss other service option(s). We would then carry out the service(s) required by the customer after discussing the associated price(s) for the service(s).

Onsite (meaning at customer location) services are charged at a standard rate of our £40.00 call-out charge, plus £60.00 per hour of service. We aim to complete all onsite services in the shortest time possible and most jobs (to our record) are completed within the first hour.
